Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order. Please send us an email to embroigift@gmail.com to cancel your order within 24 hours after your order placement.
If your cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund from us in 3-5 days.
However, if during that time our team has already created the embroidery file, a $15 charge will apply, which we will deduct directly and refund the remaining amount to you.
Please kindly understand that we may have to refuse to cancel order requests after this 24-hours time window since your order information might have been sent to our manufacturer for processing and ready for shipment.
