1. Order Processing and Approval

  • Initial Processing: Your order will begin processing within 24-48 business hours after it is placed. Order processing only takes place from Monday to Friday.The order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Artwork Approval: You will receive an email with a proof of your artwork within the next 24-48 business hours for your approval. If revisions are requested, this may affect the overall production and delivery time.
  • Processing Time: The order processing time (including artwork approval, stitching, and preparation for shipping) typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Notification: Once the artwork is approved, your order will be stitched and prepared for shipping.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package has shipped.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

  • Domestic Delivery Time (US): Domestic delivery within the US typically takes 6-21 days. Shipping may occur from Monday to Sunday after the order has been processed.
  • Total Delivery Time: Please allow an estimated total delivery time of 11-28 business days from the time you place your order until you receive it.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping location and the size of the order. Standard shipping cost: $15.00 USD

3. Holiday Orders and Deadlines

  • Updates: Please stay updated on holiday order deadlines by visiting our website, where we regularly post real-time production and shipping timelines.
  • Limitations: Please note that during peak times, order capacity may be limited. Place your order early to avoid missing out!
  • Important: Orders placed after the posted holiday deadlines may not arrive in time for the holiday.

4. Shipping Protection (Optional)

  • Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. This protection will cover your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
  • Option: You may choose to remove this shipping protection at checkout, but if you do, Embroigift will not be responsible for shipping-related issues such as loss, theft, or damage.

5. Rush Shipping and Lead Times

  • Rush Shipping: Need your order sooner? Opt for rush shipping to move to the front of the line (additional fees may apply).
  • Revisions: Any revision or change requests will extend the lead time for the order.

6. International Shipping

  • Responsibility: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.
  • Delays: Delivery times for international orders are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance. Please check with your local shipping service for their customs clearance timelines.
  • Shipping Methods: International orders will be shipped via the carrier we select based on your location.
