Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made to order, and we work closely with you to finalize your design before production.
Revision Policy
You are entitled to 2 free revisions of your design.
From the third revision onward, a $10 fee will be applied per revision.
If you decide to start fresh with a new photo, a $15 fee will be charged due to the additional time and effort required to rework the design.
